日常清洁与使用
Daily Care
01 / 先去除砂粒
使用柔软、非磨蚀性布轻柔除尘。允许湿擦的表面，用拧干软布；必要时按对应表面护理说明使用适配的中性石材清洁剂，随后擦干。
01 / Remove grit first
Gently dust with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Where damp wiping is permitted, use a well-wrung soft cloth. If necessary, use a suitable neutral stone cleaner as directed in the care instructions for the finish, then dry the surface.
02 / 泼洒及时吸除
饮料、酒、咖啡、油及其他泼洒物不要长时间留在台面。先用吸水布轻轻吸除，不反复摩擦或长时间湿敷。
02 / Blot spills promptly
Do not leave drinks, wine, coffee, oil or other spills on the surface. Gently blot them with an absorbent cloth. Avoid repeated rubbing or prolonged wet compresses.
03 / 杯垫与隔热垫配合使用
热锅、热壶等高温物品不直接接触台面。放置物品时轻拿轻放，移动时提起，不沿石面拖动。
03 / Use coasters and heat-resistant mats
Do not place hot pans, kettles or other high-temperature items directly on the stone. Set objects down gently and lift them when moving; do not drag them across the surface.
避免酸蚀与磨损
大理石不使用醋、柠檬酸、除垢剂、强酸碱、漂白剂和研磨工具。已有防污处理，也需要防酸、防热和防刮。
Prevent etching and abrasion
Do not use vinegar, citric acid, descalers, strong acids or alkalis, bleach or abrasive tools on marble. Even stain-protected surfaces need protection from acid, heat and scratching.
搬运与承重
石材较重也可能脆裂。不坐、站或踩在桌面，不集中重压边角，不以桌边为支点撬动。搬运与安装由专业人员按型号图纸完成。
Handling and loading
Stone can be heavy yet brittle. Do not sit, stand or step on a tabletop, overload edges or use an edge as a lever. Professional handlers must move and install it according to the exact model drawings.
发现异常时
渗色、失光、蚀斑或裂纹应拍照并咨询得闲客服或购买渠道工作人员。台面位移、连接松动或石材开裂时停止使用，不自行磨抛、酸洗、填缝或混用清洁剂。
If the surface changes
Photograph staining, loss of sheen, etch marks or cracks and contact Dak Haan customer service or your sales contact. Stop using a top that moves, has loose connections or is cracked. Do not grind, polish, acid-wash, fill joints or mix cleaners yourself.
纹理与裂缝分别判断
天然纹理与新产生的结构裂缝应分别判断。不得把所有裂纹视为天然特征。托举点、承托、胶粘和紧固参数以具体型号说明为准。
Distinguish markings from cracks
Distinguish natural markings from new structural cracks; do not regard every crack as a natural feature. Lifting points, support, bonding and fastening requirements must follow the exact model instructions.
封釉、增光与防污
Surface Finishes
先确认实际工艺
“封釉”“增光”可能指机械抛光、增色渗透剂、蜡或聚酯等成膜涂层，也可能组合使用。仅凭名称或表面光亮，无法判断是否有防污膜、是否耐热或耐酸。
Confirm the actual treatment
Terms such as “glazing” or “gloss enhancement” may refer to mechanical polishing, impregnating colour enhancers, wax or film-forming coatings such as polyester, sometimes in combination. The name or glossy appearance alone cannot establish a stain-resistant film or resistance to heat or acid.
渗透封护 / 增色处理
防污不等于不会渗色，也不等于防酸。部分增色剂不增光、不成膜；另一些同时具有防污性能。重新封护前，请咨询得闲客服或购买渠道工作人员确认原处理剂、适用产品及维护间隔。
Impregnating sealers and colour enhancers
Stain protection does not make stone stain-proof or acid-proof. Some colour enhancers neither add gloss nor form a film; others also protect against stains. Before resealing, contact Dak Haan customer service or your sales contact to confirm the original treatment, suitable products and maintenance interval.
聚酯等成膜涂层
清洁作用于最外层涂层。先除颗粒，尤其防刮、防热；不直接套用裸石的抛光、除斑或修复方法。
Polyester and other film-forming coatings
Cleaning acts on the outer coating. Remove particles first and take particular care against scratches and heat. Do not apply polishing, stain-removal or repair methods intended for uncoated stone.
蜡处理天然石
再次打蜡前，请咨询得闲客服或购买渠道工作人员确认适用蜡品及护理方法。不随意叠加不同护理品，也不把通用家具蜡涂在所有石材表面。
Wax-treated natural stone
Before reapplying wax, contact Dak Haan customer service or your sales contact to confirm the suitable wax and care method. Do not layer unrelated care products or apply general furniture wax to every stone surface.
洞石 / Travertine
孔洞、填补与自然纹理结合交付样确认。防止液体与污物滞留，不自行补洞或打磨。
Travertine
Assess pores, filling and natural patterns against the delivered sample. Prevent liquids and dirt from collecting in the surface. Do not fill holes or sand the stone yourself.
岩板 / 烧结石 / 人造石
获取准确品牌型号的护理资料。不能因外观像大理石就套用天然石封护方法，也不能将某款岩板性能推广到全部材料。
Sintered stone and engineered stone
Obtain the care instructions for the exact brand and model. A marble-like appearance does not justify natural-stone sealing methods, and the properties of one sintered-stone product cannot be applied to all materials.
防污处理后，仍需保护
增色、防污、光泽、耐热与耐酸是不同性能。即使做过防污或增光处理，也应使用杯垫和隔热垫，避免酸性液体接触；是否需要重新封护，请按对应表面护理说明处理。
Protect treated surfaces too
Colour enhancement, stain protection, sheen, heat resistance and acid resistance are different properties. Even with a stain-protective or gloss-enhancing treatment, use coasters and heat-resistant mats and avoid contact with acidic liquids. Follow the care instructions for the finish when deciding whether resealing is needed.
白圈、雾斑与失光
When The Surface Changes
深色石面为什么更需留意
深色背景上，白圈、雾斑与失光可能更显眼。外观不足以判断问题在涂层、石材还是残留物，也不能保证冷却后自然恢复。
Why dark stone needs particular attention
White rings, haze and loss of sheen can appear more noticeable against dark stone. Appearance alone does not identify whether the coating, stone or surface residue is affected, and natural recovery after cooling cannot be guaranteed.
热物接触后的外观异常
涂层可能受到热影响；聚酯涂层尤其应避免高热。仅凭“遇热后发白”，不能确定某一种涂层机理，也不能认定全部增光石材都会遇热发白。
Changes after contact with heat
A coating may be affected by heat; polyester coatings in particular should be protected from high heat. Whitening after a hot object cannot establish one specific coating mechanism, nor does it show that all gloss-enhanced stone whitens with heat.
液体接触后的白斑
酸性液体可能造成石材酸蚀失光，不能一概归因于防污膜受损。防护剂残留或施工基面潮湿，也可能造成类似白雾。
White marks after a liquid spill
Acidic liquids may etch the stone and reduce its sheen; the damage cannot always be attributed to a stain-resistant coating. Sealer residues or moisture in the substrate during treatment can also produce a similar haze.
01 / 终止继续接触
移开热源，或用吸水布吸除泼洒物。让表面自然冷却；不要用冷水骤冷。
01 / End further contact
Remove the heat source or blot up the spill with an absorbent cloth. Allow the surface to cool naturally. Do not quench it with cold water.
02 / 暂停自行修复
按已确认的表面护理说明处理。原因不明时，不热吹、熨烫、反复摩擦，也不用酒精、除垢剂、研磨海绵、补蜡或增色剂掩盖白印。
02 / Pause do-it-yourself repairs
Follow the confirmed care instructions for the finish. If the cause is unknown, do not blow hot air, iron or rub repeatedly. Do not hide marks with alcohol, descalers, abrasive pads, wax or colour enhancers.
咨询前准备
拍下冷却、干燥后的照片，记录石材型号、表面处理、接触物、接触时间与部位。修复前由专业人员确认原工艺与受损位置。
Prepare for a care enquiry
Photograph the affected area once cool and dry. Record the stone model, finish, object or liquid involved, contact duration and location. Before repair, a professional must identify the original treatment and the affected layer.
咨询前准备
白圈、雾斑与失光可能涉及石材、涂层或表面残留物，不能只凭外观判断。停止自行修复，保留现场信息并咨询得闲客服或购买渠道工作人员，由专业人员判断原因与处理方法。
Prepare for a care enquiry
White rings, haze and loss of sheen may involve the stone, its coating or surface residues. Appearance alone cannot identify the cause. Stop do-it-yourself repairs, keep a record of the incident and contact Dak Haan customer service or your sales contact for professional assessment and treatment.
认识天然石材
Understanding natural stone
每块纹路不同
天然石材的纹路走向、矿物斑点及色调可能不同。小样用于确认色系与触感，不能保证整件纹路完全复制。
Every slab is different
Natural stone may differ in veining, mineral markings and tone. A sample indicates colour family and feel; it cannot reproduce the exact pattern of a finished piece.
孔隙按石种与处理确认
洞石可能具有天然孔洞；是否开放、填补或封护取决于实际产品。不能把所有凹坑、掉渣或修补差异都视为正常。
Confirm pores and treatment
Travertine may contain natural cavities. Open, filled and sealed surfaces depend on the product. Not every pit, crumbling area or repair difference should be treated as expected.
纹理不能等同裂损
纹脉、拼接、填补与新出现的裂损需分别判断。发现扩展、松动或锐边时，停止使用并请负责人员核查。
Veins and cracks differ
Veining, joints, filling and newly developed cracks require separate assessment. Stop use and seek inspection if an area spreads, loosens or develops sharp edges.
保护层仍有使用边界
封护帮助日常保养，不代表防酸、防烫或永久防污。使用杯垫及隔热垫，液体及时吸除，避免拖动硬物。
Sealers have limits
Sealing helps care but does not make stone acid-proof, heat-proof or permanently stain-proof. Use coasters and trivets, blot spills promptly and avoid dragging hard objects.
白圈与失光另行检查
烫物或液体接触后的白圈、雾斑、发黏、起皮不能仅以天然色差解释。停止化学处理，记录接触物及发生时间。
Assess white marks separately
White rings, haze, tackiness or peeling after heat or liquid contact cannot be explained simply as natural colour variation. Stop chemical treatment and record the contact and timing.
购买前认识变化范围
对纹路或色调有明确偏好时，购买前与销售人员确认可提供的实物资料及选材方式，不根据屏幕照片推定完全一致。
Discuss variation before purchase
If veining or tone is important to you, discuss available physical references and selection options before purchase. Screen images do not establish an exact match.
保留异常处理路径
天然差异不是对所有问题的结论；不明情况先咨询，再按建议处理。
Keep an assessment route
Natural variation is not an answer to every problem. Seek advice before treating an uncertain condition.
