清洁与拆洗
Daily Care
01 / 轻柔吸尘
使用适合软包的吸头，从低吸力开始。清理缝隙时避免勾挂纱线；流苏、装饰线与松软圈圈纱避免使用旋转刷头。建议每周检查积尘，按使用情况调整。
01 / Vacuum gently
Use an upholstery attachment and start at low suction. Avoid snagging yarns when cleaning crevices. Do not use rotating brushes on fringes, decorative yarns or loose bouclé. Check for dust weekly and adjust to actual use.
02 / 先吸除，少摩擦
液体用干净吸水布从外围向内轻轻吸除，避免来回擦洗。干燥残渣先轻柔移走；确认面料允许湿处理后，才继续局部清洁。
02 / Blot first; minimise rubbing
Use a clean absorbent cloth to blot liquid gently from the outside towards the centre. Do not rub back and forth. Gently remove dry residues first. Continue with local cleaning only after confirming that the fabric permits wet treatment.
03 / 先测试，再处理
在隐蔽处少量测试，完全干燥后观察水印、变色与触感。清洁后充分干燥再使用；深度清洁交由专业人员，并提供面料编号与成分。
03 / Test before treating
Test a small amount in a hidden area. After it dries fully, check for watermarks, colour changes and changes in feel. Allow the fabric to dry completely before use. Give the fabric code and composition to a professional for deep cleaning.
可拆，不等于可水洗
有拉链不代表允许拆套。先查产品拆卸说明，再查洗标是否允许水洗、干洗、脱水或烘干；不套用其他款式的温度与套回方法。
Removable does not mean washable
A zip does not mean that the cover may be removed. Check the product's removal instructions, then the care label for washing, dry cleaning, spinning and tumble drying. Do not borrow temperatures or refitting methods from another model.
请勿自行尝试
洗标未允许时，不蒸汽清洗、抽洗、烘干或熨烫；不用浓缩清洁剂、漂白剂、氨水或硬表面专用皂液。
Do not attempt without approval
Unless the care label permits it, do not steam clean, extract clean, tumble dry or iron. Do not use concentrated cleaners, bleach, ammonia or soaps intended for hard surfaces.
留意环境与异常
避免长期直晒和强热源。明显水圈、异味、发霉、严重起毛或脱线时，停止反复清洗并咨询得闲客服或购买渠道工作人员。
Environment and warning signs
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and strong heat sources. Stop repeated cleaning and contact Dak Haan customer service or your sales contact if there are clear water rings, persistent odours, mould, heavy fuzzing or loose seams.
特别处理须单独确认
仅在对应面料护理说明明确允许时，才采用蒸汽复绒。面料或洗标不明时，先轻柔除尘并吸除泼洒物，咨询得闲客服或购买渠道工作人员确认后再做进一步清洁。
Confirm special treatments separately
Use steam to restore the pile only when expressly permitted by the care instructions for the exact fabric. If the fabric or care label is unknown, gently remove dust and blot spills, then contact Dak Haan customer service or your sales contact before further cleaning.
按织物选择方法
Material Notes
平织 / 羊毛及混纺
查整件产品洗标。不因含棉、聚酯或其他单一纤维，就推定整套软包可水洗。
Flat weaves, wool and blends
Follow the care label for the complete product. Cotton, polyester or another single fibre in the composition does not establish that the entire upholstery cover can be washed.
棉麻 / 黏胶及敏感混纺
防范缩水、褪色与水印。方法未明确前，不自行湿洗或直接喷清洁剂。
Linen, cotton, viscose and sensitive blends
Guard against shrinkage, fading and watermarks. Until the method is confirmed, do not wet clean the fabric or spray cleaner directly onto it.
绒布 / 天鹅绒
绒向可能形成视觉深浅变化。按专属说明轻柔顺绒整理，不用熨斗压平，也不默认高温复绒。
Velvet
The pile direction can create differences in apparent shade. Gently align the pile only as instructed for the exact fabric. Do not press it flat with an iron or assume that heat will restore it.
圈圈纱 / 雪尼尔
避免勾丝与硬刷，不拉扯浮线。不要自行用剃球器强行处理；压绒后的恢复方法按准确面料确认。
Bouclé and chenille
Avoid snags and stiff brushes. Do not pull loose loops or forcefully use a fabric shaver. Follow the specific fabric instructions to address flattened pile.
户外面料
须同时确认整件家具适合户外。面料湿后充分干燥，避免长期积水；不能仅凭“户外布”推定结构可在户外使用。
Outdoor fabrics
Confirm that the whole piece of furniture is suitable for outdoor use. Let wet fabric dry fully and prevent prolonged pooling. An outdoor fabric alone does not make the furniture structure suitable for outdoors.
咨询前准备
提供订单、面料编号、洗标照片、污渍来源及已采取的处理。拆洗前保留完整洗标，便于专业人员核对。
Prepare for a care enquiry
Provide the order, fabric code, care-label photographs, the cause of the stain and any treatment already attempted. Keep the complete care label before removing a cover so a professional can check it.
相同成分不等于相同护理
面料成分或护理方法不明时，请勿自行湿洗或使用清洁剂，先咨询得闲客服或购买渠道工作人员。相同纤维成分可能对应不同织法、染整和背衬，不能直接共用清洁方案。
The same fibres may need different care
If the fabric composition or care method is unclear, do not wet-clean it or apply cleaning products yourself; contact Dak Haan customer service or your sales contact first. The same fibre content can have different weaves, dyeing, finishing or backing, so a cleaning method cannot automatically be shared.
