The Zhizhu Chair draws its design inspiration from the shape of traditional bamboo chairs. We use a combination of metal, wood and leather upholstery, extract the structural elements of bamboo chair backrests, and reinterpret them with clean, sleek lines. This creates a chair that is more aligned with modern aesthetic tastes and suitable for coordinating with various home décor styles.We hope the Zhizhu Chair can often evoke people’s warm memories and convey the life philosophy of "contentment brings joy".
The structural elements of traditional bamboo chair backrests are reimagined with clean, sleek metal. The artful combination and assembly of metal pieces—varying between square and round shapes, thick and thin gauges—achieve a subtle visual balance, shaping a form that is both structured, sturdy and elegantly fluid.
